This presentation will outline Versant Diagnostics' journey and strategy in implementing digital pathology across its laboratory network. Lola Leibensperger is the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Versant Diagnostics, where I oversee daily operations, develop strategic initiatives for digital pathology, and ensure regulatory compliance for multiple pathology sites and laboratories. With a strong background in laboratory medicine, I have held various roles, from a bench tech to Director-level positions, where I have successfully led teams.

Michele M. Robinson

Michele joined Dahl-Chase 23 years ago, bringing with her a foundation of clinical laboratory experience gained as a generalist in a small-town hospital setting. Initially hired as the evening shift supervisor, her responsibilities included HPV testing and work in the cytoprep laboratory. In 2007, after two years of managing the Histology department and completing rigorous training, Michele achieved HTL certification. Furthering her professional development, she earned an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management in 2017. In 2021, Michele assumed the role of Director of Clinical Operations at Dahl Chase.
