Lean Production is an approach to management that focuses on reducing waste while ensuring quality and productivity. Based on the Toyota Production System (TPS) first created in Japan, it means doing more with less – less time, less space, less human effort, less machinery, less materials – all while giving the customers what they want. This webinar will give an overview of the structure and tools of the Lean Production System including topics such as the 8 kinds of waste, the 5s system, the elements of standardized work, the Kanban system, the Kaizen activity and more!
