In today's climate of ever-increasing regulatory scrutiny it is of utmost importance that your lab meets all the quality control standards of your certifying body, whether that be CLIA, JCO, or CAP. We will do this by examining regulations, illustrating the key components to be in compliance with the intent as written, and offering best practices and advice. Discussion will also lead organically into how compliance will affect the way your lab is managed.
