Navigating personal and career lives can be challenging in the best of times. We now find ourselves in a post-pandemic world faced with tension caused by staff shortages, burnout and lingering fear of reintegrating ourselves into large social gatherings. I will share my perspective on how my life has been enriched by receiving and providing mentoring and coaching. Intentional investment in building these relationships is an effective approach to move from surviving to thriving!

David Krull received his science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Connecticut college, and his certificate from Hartford Hospital School of Allied Health. He is also chair of the NSH VIR committee, a member of the NSH program team – which if you are not aware selflessly dedicates weeks to helping the NSH curate and execute an outstanding program the annual Symposium/Convention, and also worked with NSH to develop the Digital Pathology Certificate program.
