Ritu Ward is an accomplished executive leader in healthcare operations and system designs, currently Co – founder and CEO of T. Ward & Associates INC. She has over 30 years of experience in the Anatomic and Clinical laboratory. Having worked with several complex healthcare organizations such as Beth Isreal Lahey Health, Mercy Health, Atrium Health, and Quest Diagnostics. Ritu is known for her success in implementing advanced technology to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. She is dedicated to mentoring future leaders and has a strong passion for teaching leadership behaviors. She holds degrees from George Washington University, Howard University, and the University of Phoenix, and is a certified Medical Technologist and Six Sigma Black Belt. She is also a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been actively involved in various professional organizations.
