  • Express Talk: A Simple Excel Spreadsheet for Tracking PD-L1 IHC Results
Programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) is the most important immunohistochemical biomarker in medicine today for selecting patients diagnosed with certain cancers for possible immune-checkpoint therapy. Unfortunately, the PD-L1 landscape is very complicated and confusing with several different anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies available, some of which are linked to specific automated IHC platforms. Early on I realized the importance of keeping track of our PD-L1 IHC testing results for validation purposes, for monitoring our positive and negative results, and for preparing to bring some of this testing in-house at the appropriate time. Therefore, I designed a simple Excel spreadsheet for these purposes. I would like to share it with you. Presented by Richard Cartun
